Metal stamping is a cold-forming metal fabrication method that uses pre-shaped dies and pressure to shape sheet metal blanks into products and components. Using automated or manual feeders, manufacturers insert metal sheets into the stamping press between the tool and die surface.
Metal stamping presses is categorized into mechanical, hydraulic and servo. The mechanical stamping press uses the pressure from a motor driven flywheel. The hydraulic stamping press uses the oil pressure for applying force to the material while the mechanical servo uses high capacity electric motors instead of flywheels.
We have 9 mechanical presses ranging from 20 Ton to 125 Ton.
We have a large press brake, guillotine and a fully equipped
Toolroom.
